SolarKing has been at the forefront of assisting domestic
and commercial customers with installations over the past decade. Their fully
trained and dedicated workforce deal with any queries that customers may have
regarding installation and help to define whether their house is suitable for
solar panels. In return, customers have given positive feedback – SolarKing has
an average satisfaction score of 4.8 out of 5 from their last 74 clients.
There is also financial reward for customers who choose to
make the switch to renewable energy. The Feed in Tariff (FiT) guarantees
payments to homeowners who change to solar panels in three ways; the Generation
Tariff (dependent on the energy produced), Export Tariff (dependent on the
units exported back to the National Grid) and the general savings on
electricity bills as a result of switching to solar power.
SolarKing are also very much involved with the local
community in Merseyside. They sponsor the Steve Prescott Foundation; a charity established
by the former St Helens rugby league star and continued to honour his memory.
Last year, the foundation raised a record-breaking £240,000 and aims to beat
that total in the upcoming 12 months. SolarKing also sponsors a stand at St
Helens’ Langtree Park, again showing their dedication and support for local,
charitable causes.
